As a property owner, you are not required to go through your rental company for guest maintenance issues. Give us a call and put your mind at ease!
"Simple Fix" pricing starts at $40 per hour, with a minimum of $25. Price is based on labor only and any products (light bulbs, shower liners, pillows) will be billed in addition.
All other services are priced on a case by case basis. We'd be happy to provide you with a quote.
