We Support Our Dedicated Contractors
We take pride in the individuals who work with us to maintain our solid reputation. In turn, we pledge to pay our contractors above the living wage in Worcester and Wicomico County.
When workers receive a fair wage, they are more likely to perform their services better, contribute back to the community, and take time to enjoy their families. Our year round contractors have partnered with us between 3-17 years. We are proud that they have chosen to stay with us and help build our business.
