Bill Allen
Operations Manager
Bill is a native of Worcester County. He is a graduate of Washington College, where he was in the Kappa Alpha Order fraternity. Bill also received a Master’s Degree in Educational Counseling from Wilmington University. He retired from Caroline County Public schools in June 2023, after 34 years of service.
Having grown up in Worcester County, Bill has fond memories of family time at the beach. Bill is pursuing his Realtor’s License in Maryland. In his second career, he is committed to helping people have a wonderful stay in Ocean City. Bill has been married for nearly 30 years to his wife, Leanne. They have two children; their daughter Katie and their son, Carson.
Meg Hudson
Operations Manager
Meg Hudson joins Just Klean this season after a 25 year career in office management, customer service and supply chain, as well as 15 plus years in restaurant management and ownership. This combination of experience makes her a great asset for our team, especially due to her outstanding customer focus and broad skillset. Meg is well familiar with Just Klean and the Ocean City community as a lifetime visitor and seasonal worker for more than 10 years for Just Klean, which was founded by her sister Nancy. In addition, she worked at the Ember's, Bonfire and the Fractured Prune where she developed and maintained life long friendships.
In her free time, Meg has always been involved in fundraising and philanthropy, and looks forward to continuing to help the causes she cares about. Meg resides in Salisbury with her best assistant, her dog Mary.
